  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a return.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (for cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit).

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different item of equal value within the 7-day return window.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to the refund process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
